- What happens if I exceed my monthly usage limit?
- Currently, usage over 15 hours per month may be restricted or could trigger an upgrade prompt in the future.
- Can I upgrade my subscription plan?
- We only have one paid tier at the moment. If we introduce new tiers, you’ll have the option to switch.
- How accurate are the transcriptions?
- We use advanced AI models, but we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy. Certain complex topics and names may require manual review.
