How does Translato handle my audio files?
We securely store your audio files and transcriptions and use trusted AI providers to process and correct your transcriptions.
What happens if I exceed my monthly usage limit?
Currently, usage over 15 hours per month may be restricted or could trigger an upgrade prompt in the future.
Can I upgrade my subscription plan?
We only have one paid tier at the moment. If we introduce new tiers, you’ll have the option to switch.
How accurate are the transcriptions?
We use advanced AI models, but we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy. Certain complex topics and names may require manual review.
